Medical marijuana certification with licensed physicians

Miracle Leaf® operates a multi-state network of state-licensed medical marijuana certification clinics. Our physicians evaluate qualifying patients with the same rigor as any specialty medical visit, and our care teams help you navigate your state’s registry from first visit through annual renewal.

Initial certification is $199. Renewal is $149. We accept cash, credit, debit, and HSA/FSA at most locations. Insurance does not cover state medical-cannabis programs (cannabis remains federally Schedule I).

How to get your medical marijuana card

  1. Confirm a qualifying condition. Cancer, chronic pain, PTSD, epilepsy, ALS, multiple sclerosis, and other state-listed conditions qualify. Bring records that document your diagnosis.
  2. Schedule an evaluation. A state-licensed Miracle Leaf® physician reviews your records and performs a clinical assessment in person or by telehealth where state law permits.
  3. Receive your certification. Your physician enters the certification or prescription into the state registry. No-card-no-fee at most clinics if you do not qualify.
  4. Purchase at a licensed dispensary. Bring your registry ID. Out-of-pocket payment is required (cannabis is not covered by insurance).
